RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - CASUAL, CBD LOCATION

AAP is a successful and growing clinic with a holistic approach and we are looking for a friendly and pro-active Reception/Administration Assistant to join our supportive team.                                           

 

Job Type

  • Casual Position 12- 20 hrs per week. Must be flexible with days/hours.
  • Availability for holiday/sick leave relief is required.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors to the clinic
  • Managing telephone enquiries and appointment bookings
  • Operating a computerised Practice Management System - Smartsoft Frontdesk
  • Managing appointment diaries for 6 Physiotherapists
  • Processing accounts via HiCaps, EFTPOS and Cash
  • Accurately maintain Client data and Client files
  • General office administration duties

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Excellent customer service and phone manner
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient word processing, data entry, keyboard skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Current police criminal record check
  • A professional outlook

Although not required as training will be provided, candidates will be looked at favourably if possessing the following:

  • Reception/Administration experience in a health practice environment
  • Smartsoft Front Desk practice management software experience
