Stop getting on my nerves!

The calcaneal and plantar nerves are located on the inside of the heel bone.

They supply sensation to the skin under the arch of the foot from the heel bone.

These nerves also control muscles of the foot.

Irritation of these are commonly misdiagnosed as 'plantar fasciitis'.

If you've got pain on the inside or under your heel, or in your arch, perhaps consider this.
