Knee Pain

15 October 2019

Do you have knee pain with standing, walking in heels or locking your knees out? You may have irritated your 'fat pad'.

The fat pad is a common source of anterior knee pain, and can be dealt with typically fairly easily.
It lies under the patella tendon but behaves differently to an irritation of the tendon itself.
Often we find some improved hamstring strength and taping to offload it, gets it back on track.

Let us know if you think it's bothering you and we can help.
