James McEwan
Physiotherapist
James McEwan graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the
University of South Australia and has worked extensively in
orthopaedics and private practice physiotherapy interstate before
establishing Adelaide Advanced Physiotherapy to provide the best in
manual therapy services.James has a passionate interest in strength
and conditioning training, injury management and prevention and all
things to do with the ocean. He has continued extensive post
graduate study and training to be able to offer highly skilled
treatments of your condition using Muscle Energy Techniques,
Craniosacral Techniques, Visceral manipulation, Trigger Point
Therapy, Counterstrain and muscle fascia release techniques to
restore the body to optimal health, function and balance. |

Tara-Ellen Schebella
Physiotherapist
Tara studied Physiotherapy with James at the University of South
Australia. She has worked extensively in private practice and
outpatient clinics since 2000 both in Australia and the UK. Over
the last 10 years she has continued her therapeutic training in the
UK, USA and Australia in; Visceral (organ) Manipulation,
CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release and Counterstrain
techniques. Tara has a keen interest in women's health (pelvic
integrity, core stability and Pilates). She is also a qualified
counsellor.

Mina Ward
Physiotherapist
Mina, originally from England, studied Physiotherapy at the
University of Brighton before emigrating to Australia in 2009. She
has worked in England and rural Australia before joining the team
here at AAP. Her interests in sport stemmed from an early age when
she was a part of the English rowing team and ran the London
marathon twice. Mina continues to combine her love of travelling
and sport, supporting the England rugby team to the 2011 World Cup
in New Zealand and this year is travelling to the Olympics in
London. Her fascination of how the human body works and enabling
people to restore function means Mina has studied post grad in dry
needling, counterstrain, myofascial release and Pilates
teaching.

Andrea Dieudone
Physiotherapist
Andrea completed a Bachelor of
Physiotherapy (University of South Australia) in 2000 and
has since worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and New
Zealand in both public and private settings. She has a keen
interest in work related injury prevention and management, having
gained postgraduate qualifications in this area. She is currently
undertaking further study with the University of Adelaide in the
area of Occupational Health and Safety Management. Andrea
enjoys the outdoors, especially spending time at the beach with her
husband and daughter.

Patrick O'Leary
Physiotherapist
Patrick attained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy locally at the
University of South Australia and has worked in a private practice
setting since graduating. He has a strong base in manual therapy
and a particular interest in sporting injuries and their
rehabilitation, low back and neck pain. His post graduate
studies have included visceral manipulation, McKenzie techniques,
dry needling and Pilates amongst others. Patrick's background and
experience ensure a holistic approach to client management,
looking not just at the presenting complaints but the underlying
causes.

Karin Tesch
Pilates Instructor
Karin initially started Pilates as a client after a back problem
in 2001 and was given the opportunity to study the method with
APMA, becoming certified in January 2005. She travelled overseas to
work in the USA, Canada and France where she trained with various
instructors, learning more about Pilates. In 2008, she went
back to studying and became certified with internationally
recognised Polestar in 2009. Karin is passionate about bodies
and their patterns of movement, and strives to help people achieve
their goals in the best and safest way.

Stacy Milios
Business Manager
Stacy joined AAP with a background in operations, training and
management in the corporate, retail and finance sector. She has
successfully managed her own small retail business and values the
importance of health, work/life balance and providing exceptional
client service. She loves travelling and learning about different
cultures, food and wine, so feel free to share your travel stories
and any cooking recipes with her.

Dani Hogg
Reception/Administration
Dani's interests in naturopathy and healing, and with experience
in finance, administration and leadership roles, made her the
ideal candidate to join our team. Dani will be able to answer
any queries or concerns you may have and assist you in finding the
most convenient time for your appointment with the appropriate
physiotherapist..
