How's that stomach of yours travelling?

No, it's not that squishy belly bit that hangs a little over your pants, it's actually tucked up under your ribs on the left side.

As you can imagine, the stomach is an incredibly vital bit of us that needs to move well as we move. Issues with its mobility can lead to left shoulder pain or dysfunction, left rib and midback pain and even poor or delayed emptying of its contents.

Any of the above symptoms can be indicative of a poorly moving stomach, something that's easily fixable!
